60 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course

Description: This course is designed for students who are interested in becoming yoga teachers or beginner yoga teachers. The focus of this course is to teach the key concepts and theory needed to teach yoga in a safe and healthy way, including in depth study of common poses and a brief overview of the anatomy involved as well as traditional yoga philosophy.

Weekly Yoga Classes in Isesaki, Gunma Prefecture

Every Monday night at the Isesaki North Community Center from 6 to 7:30 pm. The fee is 2000 yen a month.
